He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has received numerous local and regional awards and has served as Executive Sous Chef at The Inn at Perry’s Cabin under Executive Chef Mark Salter. His culinary skills are inspired and informed by 14 years of living on the Eastern Shore as an avid outdoorsman, an experienced sports fisherman with a Charterboat Captain’s License and a devoted farmer and gardener.
